This is a life story of a girl who was not destined to do the things she accomplished. But, because of a loving mom and dad who adopted her, led a normal life.

 

Despite sicknedd and several set backs during her life, God was there! He has been her guide and her healer. He taught her how to forgive. He taught her how to love. Without him, she would be a failure.

Mae Lobley Davis, altho only four feet, eleven inches tall led a very full life despite many setbacks, she was able to meet her goals.

 

She was very proud to become a nurse.

 

She participated in all church activities. She played the piano, was a Sunday School teacher and was Women's Missions Director in the three churches sahe attended.

 

She was an only child and really loved her four children, eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

 

She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and spending many hours with her eighty plus albums making picture history books for each member of her family of their life.
