About the Author

Paul Pentz is a graduate of Cornell University and the reitred CEO of TruServ Corporation, the parent company to True Value, ServiStar, Coast to Coast, Taylor Rental, Grand Rental Station and Home & Garden Showplace stores.  His background is in marketing and merchandising and he led the varioous corporations through the 90s which was a period of mergers and acquisitions as well as intense competition.
