About the Author
Dr Robert W. Curtis, DBA in Management, retired from the USAF as a Chief Master Sergeant (Management Engineering Superintendent), with 25-years of active duty. Dr Curtis also retired as a GS-13 Human Resource Officer for the US Mission to the United Nations after 22-years in Civil Service. Dr Curtis received a BS degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from the University of Maryland at Tokyo, Japan; completed MBA requirements at the University of California at San Bernardino; received a MPA degree from the University of California Northridge; and received a Summa Cum Laude DBA degree in Management from Corllins University. Dr Curtis completed 40 in-house personnel and management engineering courses while serving in the USAF. In addition, Dr Curtis also served as a personnel management consultant and advisor to a SES-4 Chief of Construction at Frankfurt, Germany, a Coast Guard Base Commander at New York City, the Sixth US Army Commanding General at San Francisco, and the US Ambassador to the United Nations in New York City. Dr Curtis resides in Carson City, NV with his wife Donna, and is self employed as a Management Consultant.
