About the Author

Dr. George Foxx is a self-made man: having experienced the world with the U.S. Navy in the first third of his life, an educator and now retired during the second phase, and now a redesigned accountant, correspondent lender, mediator, and financial and real estate investor.

As a tax accountant, Dr. Foxx thought it was not robbery to share this book of knowledge with his clients, friends, and the general public.
