Hercules The Mighty Steed Meets Ginger The Sparrow

A children's story book illustrating the value of diversity and friendship and how important it is to embrace the differences amoung us all. It captures the beauty of friendship regardless of ones size, shape, color or various abilities. It also illustrates that anyone of any size, color or ability has something special to offer and should not be underestimated in terms their ability to help others and what can be achieved. Hercules the mighty Steed meets Ginger the Sparrow standing in his favorite watering hole one morning. Hercules quickly shouts "out of my spot" and pushes Ginger away. Ginger criticizes Hercules for his arrogance and ego but Hercules feels that he is the greatest creature in the plains and no other creature can match his strength and abilities.No one so small like Ginger could ever be important to him. Hercules later finds himself in trouble and learns that having a friend like Ginger was the best thing that happened to him. He discovers that Ginger being much smaller & weaker didn't matter at all. Being small and being a sparrow that could fly was the only creature that could help him. Hercules learns that each creature is important and that every creature has special abilities regardless of appearance, strength & size. He also learned that friendship is very special and without it we are very lonely.
