Her arms were pinned down tightly on the desk. A well-groomed Caucasian man in a tan suit held one arm down while an African American woman held down the other arm. They laughed cynically as they watched their partner in crime invade every inch of her tiny frame. Her tear-stained face told of her struggle as she fought with all her might trying desperately to free her herself from their grip. They seemed amused by her. She fought as if her life depended on it. Their mouths moved in laughter yet no sound escaped from their lips. She heard nothing.

About the Book
This novel is about two dedicated educators both of whom were raped in the eyes of the public. One was physically raped and the other mentally. They both take the roller coaster ride of a life time as they seek the road to justice. Each chapter will draw you into a fuller understanding and heighten your curiosity with the turn of the page. About the Author
Dr. Beverley R. Taylor earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Memphis and her doctorate degree at Kansas State University. She is a loyal and conscientious worker who is concerned with results. In particular, she has a genuine desire to help others and contributes constructive ideas, all of which has helped students, parents, and teachers achieve success. Moreover, she displays leadership qualities, commands respect, and maintains the confidence of those that she serves because she is sincerely concerned about and supportive of others. In her free time, Dr. Taylor has indulged her passion for fitness , which has enabled her to maintain her health and the health of her clients of over 20 years. One of her frequent sayings is, "If you really want to make God laugh, tell Him your plans."
