About the Book

It is great to spend time with family, and even better when it is at the beach! Cooper and Anna love spending time with their Grandpa digging in the sand, playing catch with cousins, and swimming with Grandma. Maybe fly a kite with Dad, have a picnic or find wiggly seashells. Sometimes just watching the sunset at the end of the day is a moment to remember. Whether it is a beach by the beautiful lakes in Canada, on the coast of Carolina, or the white sand beaches of Florida, going to the beach is always fun. Join Cooper and Anna for a day at the beach and see all the fun things they like to do. Maybe you like the same things, or will find a great idea for your next day at the beach!

About the Author

Julie is originally from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada where she loves to spend time with her family. Julie enjoys writing children's books for her children, and yours, to enjoy. Her favorite topics are things her two children, Cooper and Anna, love to do. Julie graduated from Brook University as a mathematics teacher, but along with math, has always enjoyed reading and books. Julie and her family have lived in many places as her husband was an NHL hockey player for 15 seasons and now enjoys coaching. Writing a book has always been something Julie wanted to accomplish and said she will continue to write and illustrate children's books as long as they continue to bring joy to her children's lives.
