The Illusions of My Crashing Pieces I keep on losing my self in illusions all in black and white. I swim in the softness of that cloud I move between spaces, keeping my eyes closed. I have stabbed my heart to give some colour to my Universe. My wings drag my body, I won't lose control. I see you from distance, I still have breath to get to you. My body crashes into pieces, each of them has an own wing they are coming to you. Darkness starts to prevail where are you? I can't go further. My body is gone my soul still hopes to reach you.

Yes, it is poetry about love, but more than that it is about illusions. If you hope for something that you know is hardly going to happen – does that make you naïve or optimistic? Where can imagination lead you to? Can it spread your wings that highly that you never want to step on Earth again? The projections of your inner world rely on you to believe in them. Only then everything is possible. Only then all the mistakes you have made don't matter and love can rise you up, hope can save you and you can be free. I believe dreams come true and I believe it is worth loving without any conditions. But somewhere on the way, you can let yourself go through different kinds of emotions to get to where you want to be. It is about the journey, not the destination. So enjoy and experience fully every second lived in your imagination – it will manifest into your reality one day. "Shapes of broken thoughts invisibly hollow my night. I can't get my mind focused, I am looking for you around although I only see shadows of mine. I almost stepped on the Sun, it is down on the ground. I pick it up, my hands don't burn. I let it free, shine and lead me home.”
About the Author
Gabrielle Vallentine starts writing at the age of 8. Writing has always been part of her, but she hasn't had thought about publishing until recent years, when 22. Gabrielle is currently attending a Screenwriting course in London and is planning to make movies in the future. Gabrielle's message to the world would be that every single thing that your mind creates with desire, materializes in your reality. "With All My Hearts” collects different kinds of poems – some of them hopeful and optimistic, others – tragic. Gabrielle says that it is her choice to go through variety of feelings in life so she can learn more about emotions and people. Positive thinking always finds its way to the surface and inspires her with new ideas. "Sometimes I experience so much beauty and love that I think I am flying indeed.
