“’Tis true we called on you this morning, Old Mother MCGoldrick,” said Niamh. “Conroy knocked on your door and ‘tis true you didn’t answer. He looked through the window and couldn’t see you.”
“I was in for most of the morning; although I did leave my cottage for a while. I was back in minutes,” the old woman said. “I surely was.”
“Where did you go?” Conroy asked her.
Old Mother MCGoldrick rocked steadily back and forth and cogitated. Then with a twinkle in her eye she said, "China! I travelled to China and witnessed the building of the Great Wall."

About the Author
K. L. LaMarsh began writing four years ago. During the ensuing time he has written a number of fantasy based stories. This collection comprises most of those penned after ToucheD: A Story of Love and Revenge from Beyond The Grave.
He has also made contributions to national magazines which were submitted under his real name.
His sometimes idiosyncratic style of writing reflects his Yorkshire roots.
K. L. LaMarsh is still working on a collection of humorous ‘real life situation’ tales!
