About the Author

Terry E. Warr was born in Buffalo, New York and education at Hampton University in Hampton, VA where he earned his B.S. in Business Management. Shortly after graduating he decided to become an international entrepreneur. After spending ten years managing businesses from the continent of Africa to his home in the United States, Terry has learned that despite cultural, geographical, socioeconomic or racial differences, fundamentally three factors unite us all. Warr believes, "We all share the same fears, we cry the same tears, and we all die. . .in so many years."

Along with his multilingual ability, his international business experience has caused him to develop a passion for leadership development. He currently teaches professional, civic, and religious organizations, drawing from the wealth of his experience and exposure. Terry is dedicated to bring out the best in everyone he meets. He considers himself to be a pastor-prenuer. His greatest reward comes from helping people grow.

In 2000 Terry earned his Master in Divinity at Colgate Rochester Divinity School. He currently serves as the Sr. Pastor of Elim Christian Fellowship in Greensboro N.C.

Terry and his wife Joye reside in High Point, N.C. Together they parent five children: Marcus, Joy, Alifah, Ahavah and Uriel.
