Now we get to the nub of our spiritual/ material crisis: The Problem of Education. Modern education does not have a sustainable worldview. Because we are taught priority connection to an inadequately informed super-nature, spirituality, grace, and disconnection from nature, materiality, secularity, we learn to think and behave disconnectedly. We victimize ourselves and nature, and the toll of... misdirected living is social schizophrenia, ecological disregard—disaster.
Because we are not taught how to live in and with nature we grow up naturally uneducated. Mostly we learn that food and everything that matters in life comes in packages from store shelves. Drug commercials bombard us to convince us the cure-all to life’s problems is found in pills and elixirs.

We need to revamp the entire philosophy of education and teach essential connection to Earth-life to our children from their earliest years…Kids naturally get frustrated in school because life isn’t linked to Earth experience (evolution). The prison-like structures that schools are put kids in an environment uncultured in the first and really important lessons that matter, namely, that we come from Earth and we belong to Earth/ Nature. It is in Earth-connection that we intimately and constantly experience the Divine.
Because we are first and foremost cultured in ideologies of denominational religion, we learn alienation, disconnection, disrespect [and distrust] toward other cultures. In ... alienation are the beginnings of violence toward others. Natural Law is primary in everybody’s life. About the Book
The book chronicles exchanges between the author and bloggers on the NCR (National Catholic Reporter) blog site (now discontinued.) Exchanges are over upfront religious/ social issues. While strong and varied views are aired they are respectful—perhaps something of model how to reduce heat and increase light.
Traditional religions define faith/ belief doctrinally, dogmatically, and exercise control over belief and behavior. As history shows, faith and politics intertwine and agitate differences hurtful to people and nature. Modern calamities can be redeemed only from within. Our times confront traditions more radically than ever before, namely, to awaken to sustainable perspectives of quantum physical/ psychical evolution.
Remembrances from the past advance in genetic codes and are “prospective”, open to hope. Leaves are genetic lexicons on the Tree of Life. We need to learn nature’s economies of building on patterns of sustainable energy use. Evolution's learning lets us anticipate the future and avoid imprisonment of thought fixation.
Evolution is symbiotic intelligence, nature’s pattern, God’s design. Evolution opens to symbiotic solutions only if culture, religion and politics are open to evolution. Evolution's outcome of processing interdependent life and consciousness doesn’t have to be terminally wasteful rather it can uplift, enlighten and expose wrongdoing; and importantly, help end bad habits, choose right thinking and keep hope alive.
In regards to thought-processing, latest thinking is a recapitulation (reformulation) of prior thinking. Thought-updating includes reformulations of faith, which is how faith remains vital and religion is redeemed.
If one is of a mind to move beyond fixations of faith/ religion, one must admit the inadequacy of belief constrained by fixations and recognize the need for moving on to evolutionary consciousness. The important next step is to take action, not alone, but collaboratively by group study and action—the point of the Evolution Trilogies.
About the Author
It seems terribly arrogant to presume to know the mind of God. I don't claim to. The boldness of the "DIVINICON Claim" might suggest such arrogance.
Arrogance is about self-will, about self-serving, what is specifically "satanic." If the writings here are for purposes of self-serving, they are indeed satanic. If however, they derive from the deep well of intuitional experience, and are directed in other-interest, they must be taken seriously as attempts to be faithful to origins and authentic.
I have tried to keep every motive and aspect of my writing "Christic" in focus, in interest of other and common wellbeing in the Order of Nature. Nature is the arena of Divinity at work. Divinity consciousness is accessible to all if only serious effort is made to remove the cobwebs of ignorance and arrogance that bedevil us commonly, and open ourselves to our own intuitional deep self.
My conscience is clear and reasonably informed, I believe, in what I write. Ultimately, I leave judgment in this matter to God and the reader. I pray that my intuitions resonate with yours.
