A Tribute to Madness and Smiles

Life with Bipolar II Disorder is a nightmare. In fact, living with this disease has been the complete polar opposite of the life that I keep dreaming and endlessly wishing for. My own personal reality is now a ghastly nightmare that I find myself aching and screaming to awake from. My illness is comparable to a demon, or some fictional devil that the world tells us is living among us. Maybe that devil is my illness, your illness, the world’s illness but who really knows. All that I can tell you is that bipolar is devilish and fierce, raging and angry. It has crept it’s way deep into the halls of my mind and has twisted and contorted my brain into something that is unrecognizable to me now. It has reigned over me for years, and I have finally succumbed wholly to it’s evil.
