Poems tell stories and can express inner feelings and you turn them into what you capture them to be. When you read a poem, think of an emotion in your heart that relates to your life. The emotion can be funny, serious, happy, sad, joyful, etc. When you create that emotional image inside of your head,grasp onto that emotion and figure out a solution of how you can change your mind, body, and soul. In this book, you will find lots of rhyming poetry. Rhyming is a form of technique that creates a flow of rhythm and use words that sounds alike. You will be amazed at what you can come up with a blink of an eye! All poetry does not have to consist of rhyming. It can come from your background whether it is the past, present, or the future. For example, vision yourself in a soothing environment and you will feel that you are in that place of authenticity.
