About the Book

About the Author
The author has always enjoyed cooking. She was brought up on a coffee farm in Kenya within a community of proud cooks who shared recipes and ideas and, most importantly, used mouth-wateringly fresh ingredients. She moved to Zimbabwe where the approach was similar. New flavours and influences were introduced to meals and there was tendency to play hostess to outdoor entertainment. Recently new life in London meant great adaptation and need to experiment with different ways to satisfy the taste buds and to stay healthy.
