About the Author

Meet the team: two like minded couples sharing a passion for literature and travel. Judith Bastide - the principal author is an English teacher by profession and a writer by inclination, living in the same Sussex village for over 25 years. She loves literary detective work and has dragged a long suffering husband and family around the county tracking its writers. This book should make it easier for fellow addicts. Derek Bastide - a university lecturer with many books and articles to his credit and also the long suffering husband of the above. This book would never have been possible without his navigational skills though the country lanes of Sussex. Gillian Rich - a mathematician and former school librarian. Although she has published several maths books she is passionate about the arts. The originator of this project, following writers is her idea of heaven. Michael Rich - an avid reader, practising dentist and collator of the various book chapters. He did the proof reading, main editing of the text and corrected typos. He was responsible for all the photographs.
