Tyler Raymond Kuczenski was born in Connecticut. He is thirteen years old and is in the seventh grade. He lives with his Mom and Dad, his older brother, Brandon, and their dog, Pal. He was always interested in writing and started his writing career with his own version of Little Red Riding Hood when he was in elementary school. Twelve Little Piggies is his first book. Tyler and Dan have been friends since they were babies.

About the Illustrator

Daniel Jordan Schumacher was born in Connecticut. He is fourteen years old and is in the eighth grade. He lives with his Mom and Dad, his older brother, Matthew, and their dog, Spencer. Dan has been an artist since his days in preschool. Dan's family has a framed painting of his hanging in their living room. Twelve Little Piggies is his first professional illustration commission.
