Captain Bill proudly served his country in the USAF, USA and USN. Bill has been a Tug Boat Captain, River Boat Captain and Salvage Master. Bill lives outside Saint Augustine, Florida with his Ducks, Chickens, Peacocks, Chinchilla, Triantula and excoitic Birds, Bills 1st book was Porter the Duck.
