Every person has a story. McKayla Matthews is not only a girl with a story, but she has written many stories that she now wishes to share with the world. McKayla is a sixteen year old girl from Seattle, Washington who has dreamed of becoming an author since she was six. Seattle's Little Hero is the first book she has published. This book is McKayla's attempts to follow her dream, earn money for college, and support children's literacy.
