When someone bullies me at school it scares me but God promises to protect me.

About the Book
Children need reassurance when they are afraid, sad or shy; developing a biblically oriented coping skill will solidify a child’s Christian foundation. The premise for this book is to promote awareness of God’s Promises to children of all ages. Children will learn to discover that they can go to God independently in prayer and have a refuge in their time of need. It is important for children to have their own personal relationship with God and that His word can guide them on how to manage challenges they may face. Phyllis believes that every child has a valuable literacy learning ability and hopes that as they read her book that it will catapult them into their rightful place spiritually, academically and socially. As children realize and learn the bible in this book, it will help them hide God’s Word in their heart and build a framework for interpreting life. Phyllis’s passion to educate children has always remained as her heartfelt vocation; it goes beyond the four walls of an academic institution. Phyllis believes in the quote on the power of literacy, “Today a Reader, Tomorrow a Leader.”
About the Author
Phyllis brings you greetings from the great state of Maryland! She is currently employed and grateful to be a part of the Maryland and Washington D.C. Public School System. She is a graduate of Western International University and the University of Phoenix. Phyllis is currently furthering her higher education studies at Grand Canyon University (a great Christian Institution). Phyllis has been in the education system for a total of nine years and absolutely loves it! Her passion for educating children has changed her life. She has been married to her wonderful retired military husband Eugene for 25 years; traveling the world has been a complete blessing to her family! Phyllis has three beautiful children: Kaszia, Neshaszda, Timothy and one beautiful granddaughter, Kennedi Elyse! Phyllis believes that it is never too late to pursue your dreams and that God WILL help you achieve it!
