About the Author

Tami Lyn began writing books in the early 80s, after completing high school. Her main focus at the time was music however, her love for children led her to explore imagination. Penelope the singing Elephant is the first of many books bridging the gap between those with eyesight and or legally blind. She attended UC Berkeley at an early age in the Upward Bound Program for the mentally gifted minors. She then began to play the congos and explored journalism. And, that’s where she began her career in Northern, California. Tami Lyn holds a BA Degree, an Associates Degree and a hosts of business acollates attributing to her writing and music.
