About the Book

I have seen many children struggle with how to write alphabet letters correctly and score poorly on tests. Now with many states going to common core this book is just another tool to help many children improve scores and gain confidence in their abilities.

About the Author

I have been a teacher's aide for elementary age students for 10 years. I have seen exactly what children are struggling to learn and have become frustrated with the fact that there are few books out there to help with the specific issues I see. Now that "common core" has started, educators really have to kick it up a notch. I spent many years in the special education classroom helping children overcome learning problems with my simple stories, rhymes, and songs that I created. I am originally from Browns Mills, New Jersey and I am a United States Air Force veteran and I now live in Grant Park, Illinois. I work at Grant Park Elementary School in the kindergarten classroom. I have read the rough draft of my book to my students and they loved it. So if my book helps one struggling child then it's all worth it.
