On March 1961 Cuban Major Rolando Cubela contacted the CIA. On June 1962, Lee Harvey Oswald left the Soviet Union. On July 18, 1962 Vladimir Kryuchkov (KGB) contacted Cuban Intelligence to contact Oswald. On November 1962, Rolando Cubela took over as Oswald's Case Officer. On April 10, 1963 Oswald attempted to kill General Walker. There are witnesses who saw Oswald's file in Cuba. On September 7, 1963 Fidel Castro threatened the life of USA leaders. On September 27, 1963 Oswald establishes contact with KGB and reportedly with Cuban General Fabian Escalante. After his return to Dallas Oswald went underground using an assume name. On September 23, 1963 Rolando Cubela meets with the CIA. On September 28, 1963 Fidel Castro again threatened the life of President Kennedy. On October 29, 1963 Rolando Cubela requested a rifle with telescopic sight to kill Castro. On November 22, 1963 Cuban General Fabian Escalante flew from Mexico to Dallas to pick up Oswald and when Oswald was arrested Escalante flew back to Mexico. There are memos from the CIA from 1960 and 1961 directed to the FBI and the Secret Service in regard to assassins sent by Castro to assassinate President Kennedy. The Warren Commission never was aware of those memos which were not released until 1998.

About the Book
He had the opportunity of meeting Oswald and New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison. After having read the 26 Volumes of the Warren Commission and almost 50 years of investigation he presents a clear vision of the assassination of President Kennedy and he brings evidence showing Fidel Castro as the intellectual mastermind of the assassination. His indictment of Fidel Castro is based on evidence that the Warren Commission was never aware of.
About the Author
Dr. Carlos J. Bringuier was born June 22nd. 1934 in Cuba. He attended Belen School from 1941 to 1952 when he graduated from High School. His father Dr. Julio Bringuier Laredo was a Judge in Havana since 1939. His Great Uncle Federico Laredo Bru was President of Cuba since 1936 to 1940. In May 1954 he was appointed as Officer of the Court at the Fifth District Court in Havana, In 1957 he graduated as Doctor in Law. In April 1956 he married María del Carmen Pearce Ferrari in Buenos Aires, Argentina. They left Cuba on May 4, 1960. They have 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He settled in Terrytown, Louisiana for over 34 years where in 1963 he confronted Lee Harvey Oswald and later on New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison. He wrote two books: 1) "Red Friday" non-fiction in English 1969) and 2) "Operación Judas" a novel in Spanish (1993). His articles appeared printed in Guatemala, Buenos Aires and in the United States of America. He lives in The Woodlands, Texas since 2015.
