Grace's Story

About the Book

Grace is the only child of Kelly and Marty Regan. Marty drowned suddenly at their summer cottage leaving Grace without a father and Kelly without a husband. The book although it highlights a specific loss hopes to help other children and parents who have experienced loss when the void of a parent begins to be felt by those left behind and when questions arise that need to be answered.

About the Author

Lee Colsant Jr., PhD, lives with his wife, Bernadette, in Orland Park,IL. He has two married children, Elizabeth and Lee III. As an educator, Lee has spent his life teaching in the field of Education: first in Québec, Canada, then in Chicago’ s elementary and high schools. He has also taught education classes at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL and presently works with Illinois State University as a supervisor of student teachers. His book was inspired upon the death of a good friend of the family.
