All In Love Is Fair is a three part story through poetry that tells the tale of resisting, finding and losing love.

About the Author

Since a young age, after discovering the works of Phillis Wheatley, Erica Caines has always taken an interest in poetry. What started off as a hobby soon became proof of an undeniable talent, winning awards and being asked to read her poems at school events. In her teenage years, Caines' talent expanded into storytelling once she began to discover writers like Gwendolyn Brooks and Toni Morrison. She published two poems while on her high school literary magazine. As an adult, Caines explored other ways of self- expression through writing by beginning a blof. Drawing inspiration from everything, Caines attributes her writing to her traveling and people watching. Having resided in New York City, Philadelphia, Maryland and Portland, Maine, Caines has been able to experience many different cultures and ways of living that is evident in her writing. Currently, Caines resides in Maryland where she continues to blog and freelance write.
