About the Book
I’ve been very lucky to have seen most of the beautiful parts of this country: from the Atlantic to Pacific coasts. Some of these places appear in my poetry; along with people I’ve met and loved, and the sorrows and joys woven into my life. I also love history and space science and find those analogies creeping into the literary devices I’m most fond of.
About the Author
Ms. Sadler was born on Long Island, and grew up with a love of the sea. At 17, she moved to Ohio to attend various colleges. She majored in Physical Education and English, with minors in Health Education and Vocal Music. After 9 years of teaching P.E., English Lit., Creative Writing and Theatre Arts, she moved to the Southwest. She spent 35 years teaching and counseling on the Navajo and Ute Mountain Indian Reservations; as well as in Montrose and Cortez Colorado. She obtained her Masters’ Degree from Northern New Mexico State U., and her Gifted Certification from the State of Arizona. She still resides in the Four Corners area, with her animals.
