Michael Dean Sweetser is a 4.0-GPA Honor Graduate of the United States Military Academy at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, in 1986, resulting in federal licensing; Honor Graduate for “Leadership” with a 4.0 GPA from the Evergreen College California Administration of Justice program in 1990, resulting in state licensing; with The Global University Theology program of the General Council of the Assemblies of God; thirty-three courses for ordination level, with the national examination portion rated a 4.0 GPA, resulting in international clergy licensing, for a tripartite program portfolio’s cumulative 3.8 GPA, resulting in a bachelor of theology in counseling, November 2, 2007.
