About the Book
This is the first in a series of books called The Adventures of Billy & Bertie. In this book, the two black and white cats, Billy and Bertie, play hide and seek. We also get to meet Sam the dog and Jim the horse as the two little cats, who are brothers, begin their exciting adventures.
About the Author
This is Valerie’s first book, fulfilling a lifelong dream of becoming a published author. After coming second in a short story competition back in the 90s, Valerie pursued her dream by completing a number of creative writing courses and was successful in having some short stories published in women’s magazines, such as Woman’s Way and Woman’s Own. Valerie is from Dublin, Ireland, but now lives in the United Kingdom. Her spare time is spent horse riding and working toward her ultimate goal of being a successful author.
