The #11 is associated with things that have the absence of organization, incompleteness and judgment. The word “eleven” is derived from the Old English word “endleofan,” which means “one left,” as in one left over ten. It is one beyond ten “the perfect number” which signifies completion and perfection of God’s divine order and short of twelve, “the kingdom number” representing completeness in an organizational setting.
The #11 is used 24 times in the Bible, and the designation 11th is used 19 times in scripture. The first judgement executed upon mankind after the fall of man, resulted from Cain killing his brother Abel was executed in Genesis chapter four, verse eleven.
