BEFORE YOUR BREAKTHROUGH, WHAT? Life journey is complicated like the roads in our societies. Man’s breakthrough is not always smooth but sometimes demanding and rough. Sometimes, God allows some problems into our life. Such problems, trials or difficulties can lead us to the right place or person through whom our breakthrough will come. The life of the great men in the Bible and in contemporary time has inspired many people to accomplish their goals. They are goal motivated men who remained on their goals irrespective of difficulties and challenges. In the Bible, Abraham obeyed the commandment of God and finally brought a lasting solution to the problem of his life. From Isaac, we can say that the more mistakes we make can lead to our advancement and experience. We are to forgive those who had done us evil before our success. Joseph went through the prison to get to the thrown where he achieved his goal. The circumstances that will lead to our breakthrough will be allowed by God at the appointed time as He did to Moses. Attitude is a foundation to our success, breakthrough and ambition. We can develop good attitude by being friends to happy and successful people. Read inspiring stories of successful men and women and see only what we want to happen as if they are becoming real. But negative attitudes hinder our breakthrough and make us to be losers. The author’s attitude determined her breakthrough in childbearing and she became pregnant only when she relaxed and relied on God. Your breakthrough will come at the appointed time, therefore be patient.

Life journey is like the roads in our societies. One road leads to another. There are junctions and crossroad. The road differs in certain areas. Some parts are flat and smooth allowing quick movement while others are steep, rough and curvy requiring users to slow down and be cautious. The way to a man’s breakthrough is not always smooth but sometimes demanding and rough. It is usually challenging. It takes dedication and commitment with God’s grace to keep moving forward without stopping. Such challenges can lead us to the right place or person through whom our breakthrough will come. Example is Isaac in the Bible who encountered much difficulties yet he continued to move forward to dig other wells, until he got to Beersheba, a place of his breakthrough. Good attitude such as endurance, dedication and persistence are required to be able to continue in such journey of life till the breakthrough point.
