About the Author
Rebecca Louise Silcox, a married mother with two children, lives in the small seaside town of Hayling Island on the south coast of England. Interested in fiction books at a young age, she began writing short stories as a hobby, using her active imagination and creative nature to express her ideas and stories from her own experiences and pathways through life. Her love of writing and the way she writes to express deep emotions with twists in the plot and atmospheric in setting her aim is to create a moral to her stories and have the reader gain from reading her material. Rebecca dedicates this book to her mother, Pauline Silvester, and her late nanny, Peggy Shilling, and also to her late auntie Penny. In Rebecca’s own words, she would like to say to them, ‘Mum, Nan, and Auntie, you have been inspirations in my life. This one’s for you.’
