And Mesler the Wrestler, wrestling boots on his feet,
They’re saving the Cottage from mean dinosaurs,
The TRex and Raptor came from different stores,
There’s Tom the Triceratops, who likes to act mean,
A prickly Stegosaurus, I think he is green,
And a Flyingosaurus, who believes he can talk,
He’s afraid of high heights, and prefers just to walk.

About the Book
This adventure takes place at the family cottage on a rainy day. Stuck inside due to the weather, Landon takes a selection of toys out of his magic knapsack and, using his imagination, creates a confrontation between the dinosaurs and his adventure characters. At stake are the marshmallows and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Landon learns through this adventure that each person and toy is different, with different interests and skills. When he accepts these differences and allows the toys to be themselves, the results become more enjoyable.
About the Author
Michael Warren is a Canadian children's author who has written the Adventures with Landon series. The stories are written to entertain young children and their parents and are best read together. Michael hopes to teach a life lesson with each adventure.
