Every Child Needs a Champion is an inspirational work written in a simple message to remind us all that we are someone’s champion. Rita Pierson, a well-known educator put it this way, “There is a value and importance in relationships and every child deserves a champion.” Everyone has been affected by a person that took the time to develop a relationship with them through encouragement, motivational words, example, and inspiration. This book was written to encourage, motivate, and inspire all champions! We all need champions in our lives.

About the Author

Dr. Elondra D. Napper is an educational consultant. She has been an educarer (an educator that cares) for nineteen years. In those nineteen years, she has served in many capacities in education: elementary and middle school teacher, administrator, instructional coach, curriculum specialist, and educational researcher. She graduated from Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in education, an educational specialist degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, and a doctorate from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Her mother, grandmother, and father instilled a love of learning and education in their family. Dr. Napper has many champions in her life that continue to guide, teach, and motivate her along the way. This book is dedicated to her champions and all the champions in the world that take their time to pour their lives into the lives of children and adults.
