TIME: Here in my mind I'm never late, just like when mom called everyone for their Sunday dinner plate. But sometimes inside I dwell on the past and fret, not the situations of good, but of bad times, love ones lost with some regret. When younger it seemed like life was created just for me, the very existence of my being was inspirational, made me feel invincible. My plans for the future, graduating high school, then college, traveling, settling down, my career and then having some children on this hemisphere. Although older now with a beautiful God loving and fearing wife and children, who are now young adults. I've been blessed to maintain a wonderful income and keep my overall health in tact, so the only thing myself and everyone else need to express to the Father is; thank you Eternal God for all your Laws and Commandments which you have bestowed us, I would also like to include, thank you Dear LORD for TIME, because when you take away the TI from TIME you will get ME.

About the Author
Victor Joyce was born and raised in the Ingersoll Housing Projects of Fort Greene Brooklyn, he attended the High School of Music and Art majoring in art. He graduated from Manhattan College with a B.S. in Organizational Management. He was a student athlete in high school and college, competing and excelling in both varsity basketball and cross country. During his thirties until presently he has mentored young men and women in education, character building and athletics through youth ministries and summer organizations. Victor has been writing poetry since junior high school. During the last five years he has been writing and reciting poetry around the country about various topics which relate to social and political climate of this country and abroad. This book is his first of many which will surely give you an insight into this talented poet mind, hopefully you will become inspired from this compelling book of poetry.
