After their double date Kaitlin and Violet went over Logan and Alex's house so that Logan and Alex's parents get a chance to meet Kaitlin and Violet. "Kaitlin our parents don't, don't like you and Violet so me and you can't date anymore" Logan told Kaitlin and Alex told Violet. Kaitlin and Violet cried their hearts out. The two girls told Katie and Albert. They felt terrible.

About the Book
This book is about two sisters who lived with their father and were all middle-class citizens until their father was caught tax evading and went to prison. As the girls struggled to live a normal life without their father, they ended up living in a homeless shelter until they met a wonderful family that took them in. But, before the book ends, the girls’ father gets out of prison, and the girls get back on their feet.
About the Author
I’m a nine-year-old girl. I am in the fourth grade, and I attend Pourpard Elementary School. I absolutely love to read and write. And, the minute I read the book Little Women, I knew that I wanted to write.
