About the Book

What do milk, lemon, berry, and undies have in common, hmmm? The book is based on many years of teaching primary grade children. Many of them were latchkey kids. These were neighborhood children whose parents/parent worked long hours or had physical, emotional, or addiction problems. I was always amazed that they were more attentive, responsible, and smart. Brenda represents some of those children.

About the Author

Having taught school for over 20 years, Mrs. Jordan has developed a unique appreciation for children and their families. Somewhere along the way the Job morphed into a Career that she loved. Mrs. Jordan believes that children are amazing. They are simply miniatures of their parents. When you see the son, you know the father and mothers often create little replicas of themselves. Therefore, Mrs. Jordan taught children and often counseled young fledgling parents. Mrs. Jordan has an MS degree in Education. She represented her school as Teacher of the Year 1997. She is also a Certified Nutritional Consultant and a Certified Health Coach. She has also been trained as a PEER Educator for a Diabetes Program. Mrs. Jordan has spent over 30 years in the field of education. Now, her primary goal is to provide education that will enhance wisdom and empower individuals to take greater control of their health and wellness.
