About the Book

Helen’s work has been widely shared on the world-wide web over the years, but she has always wanted to produce a book of her poetry, and this is the first edition. The title is inspired by her maiden name, Rainbow, hence the title “A Rainbow in Black and White.”

About the Author

Helen J Radford is a British contemporary poet living in the UK. Her work is inspired by personal and professional life experience and a vivid imagination. Life began as a professionally trained actress, but she then trained as a nurse, which has been her profession for 26 years. Helen is a mother to 2 grown up children and is fortunate to also be the grandmother to 3 beautiful granddaughters. Passionate about humanity, peace and all things ‘animal kingdom”, Helen uses her words to paint a picture of life through her lens.
