Please hurry!” Detective Mitchell attempts to calm her down, “Don’t worry I’ll send a car over right away to pick you up.” Before the detective can hang up the phone he hears the murder take place. Someone kicks Vicky Swanson’s door in and fires! BAM! “Oh no, don’t kill me!” Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Pop! Mitchell hung up the phone and called Dispatch. “I need all cars in the vicinity of the East Side Apartments, Apartment number 47, at 32nd and Fleetwood Street, to get to that location immediately! Vicky Swanson lives there, she’s a witness and she’s in danger. Shots have been fired!”
