About the Author
Jasmine is a Philadelphia native born and raised in Philadelphia, she began her journey 10 years ago while attending the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (HBCU). While attending she was appointed to many Leadership roles and positions within the Student Government Association (SGA). Jasmine Participated in giving back to the community by volunteering to help with schools in their After- school mentoring program. She received a bachelor's degree in Sociology / Social Work dual degree. She then started her career working in various fields, helping work with at – risk youth at a juvenile Delinquent facility in Philadelphia where she worked for two years. She also worked with children with special needs such as Autism and mental disabilities. Jasmine enjoys working with children and creating a positive environment for young girls. This has been a dream of hers or a very long time and now the time has come! Her motto is there is no limit to what you want to do no matter the struggle it’s all apart of God’s Plan. Jasmine’s Biggest inspiration for doing this project is her family, mentors and the children she has impacted throughout her journey. Ayodeji Kotila hails from Ekiti state of Nigeria. He has always been passionate about helping people especially when it has to do with making a shift. And to make a business, career shift, marketing is a must. Knowing this could help him achieve his goal of helping people, He has launched himself into it (marketing). And you would see the evidence in this book, in chapter 5 mostly. He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Adeyemi College of Education Chapter (ACE) with an honors in English Language and looking forward to a masters in communications and marketing.
