About the Author

Dr. Sally Jones resides in Lumberton, North Carolina, with her husband Thomas and her youngest son, DeAndré. She graduated from several institutions: Adelphi University, University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and South Carolina State University. Dr. Jones has worked as an educator for over forty years. Her jobs included a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and district office administrator. Dr. Jones has also worked in various capacities in the church most of her life. She has served as a Trustee, Sunday school teacher, Vacation Bible School leader, church treasurer, music department chairman, and musician. In addition, she has been the keynote speaker for many religious occasions. Dr. Jones has a missionary zeal to serve the Lord and to help people. Writing gives her another avenue to inspire others.
