As a knowledge seeker, Oscar encounters a pine tree, a bear, and Woo, the wise Owl, to engage the geyser-filled world. Edward Martin Polansky, a Certified Public Accountant with over 50 years experience, is semi-retired, serving on several non-profit boards, and writing children’s books principally about Oscar and his dealing with hurdles and dilemmas of growing up in a hostile world.
