As a young boy in Philadelphia, PA during WWII, I was fortunate to know three young men among many who shared their WWII memories. They all paid a bitter price to save our American Dream, "Lest We Forget." I have included poems, pictures and heartfelt memories. I encourage Senior citizens to read it for nostalgia, adults for its awareness and finally young adults and future generations for an education.
Facts do not lie. I encourage readers to ask veterans, men and women alike, to tell their stories. If they do Listen!
Those brave veterans have served as shining examples, to keep a beacon on our beloved country and the AMERICAN DREAM
