About the Author

Bridgette Ford is an up and coming poet and author. She is an aspiring teacher and holds a degree in child development. The daughter of  John and Annie Ford, Bridgette was raised in Trenton New Jersey with her eight siblings before moving to the west coast in the early 80’s. The poetess is a mother of two children Shanika and Andrew Ford and two grandchildren all -residing in Los Angeles California.

Ms. Ford is a member of the Greater Bethany Community Church in Los Angeles California. She is a born again Christian who expresses her love for people through poetry.

Although this is her first publication, throughout the years she has written poems and themes for family and friends. It is her hope that this collection serves to inspire, bring hope, and change to all who read it.
