AS I SLEEP IN MY BED STARS AWAY, YOU ENTER MY DREAMS TURNING WHISPERS INTO STREAMS OF SENSUAL DIALECT, UMM, I CAN HEAR. IT’S SOUNDS SO REAL, I START TO FANTASIZE ABOUT HOW YOU ARE NEAR. SO CLOSE I CAN FEEL YOUR BODY ALL OVER MINE. YOUR SCENT IS INVITING ENCOURAGING ME TO YEARN FOR THEE, MAKING ME LOSE ALL CONTROL OF ME. OH MY GOD COULD THIS BE REAL. NO, IT CAN’T BE. IT’S A DREAM, A DREAM THAT I WILL SOON ESCAPE FROM LEAVING ME EMPTY AND LONELY AND COLD. I HAVE TO GET YOU NEAR ME, I HAVE TO GET YOU NEAR ME.

This book of poems is a collection of the eyes, ears, and heart of the author on paper. Most are love poems. Some are based an true feelings and some are taken from her imagination. Hopefully you can relate and feel where she’s coming from.
About the Author
Jennifer was born and raised in Queens NY, where life molded her into the woman she is today. Known amongst friends as killa. J, she’s a songwriter and poet with an unconditional love and respect for music. Growing up as an only child, the world became a playground for her mind and the pen became the voice for her silent thoughts. A gift from god writing discovered her around the age of 12 and it has grown to be a great friend.
