About the Book

I was born in the small town of Folkston, Ga. but grew up in Brunswick, Ga. I have a twin brother Billy Spatcher who resides in Newark, N. J., two other brothers Leroy and Elvin, three sisters Florence, Viola and Laverne and two late brothers Daniel and Wilbur Spatcher.  I graduated from Risley High School, attended Savannah State, Graduated from Career Training Institute Columbus Ohio,  Received a certificate in child development from Brunswick College and graduated from Brunswick Beauty College as a Cosmetologist.  I love the music and art field and have a passion for writing. Songs and poetry especially for someone else. I was married to a Military personnel and lived many places including Honolulu Hawaii Where my youngest son was born. I have met an abundance of people And have a numbers of stories that I could tell. I have been on open Microphone reading my poetry and have won awards.  Poetry has a tremendous amount of power and influence in people lives and my desire is reach people that I will never meet and to become a great part of sharing and giving.
