That Blood encrusted unalloyed Scepter of Stewardship solemnly leans half-protruding from its blood-soaked, thorn-sequined dune . . . undisturbed since the company of Israel cast it aside beneath the brow of Golgotha. From where the Cross once impaled, now gapes from the greave-trampled lacerated ground an unclosed but muted wound, whose vulva achingly purses that twice despised Scepter of Stewardship, now glimmering with humming glow beneath our achronycal dawn. With trembling rigor of millennial pain the earth in Golgotha, Continental and Continua Golgotha[i], Africa dare not gasp for unholy reprieve lest this closing quantum of the day of visitation dim into oblivion. Unlike Israel, let us embrace and straightway proceed into this our Time of Visitation.
Let us, with re-opened eyes take up again this our Scepter of Stewardship. And what is this Stewardship? None other than that declaration and embodiment of the Face of the Holy, the Living God . . . to give living witness of His Eternal Truth in melanin, burnt brass bodies. To be living sanctuaries, holy and true, to be divine vessels both reflective and refractive of His unutterable wisdom and undimmed countenance, this is our stewardship, this is our scepter.
The entrance into union with truth is the harvest of healing of our people. In such entrance no monarchy, no republic, no institution, no liturgy, or spirit on high or low shall have power or potential to again enslave or impede us.
Then shall we see, truly, what Jehovah intimated when he said, " . . . I will heal Egypt (Africa) when he returns and entreats the LORD . . . " this is that day.
When veritably did Egypt, Africa, know the Eternal? From the very beginning, before the days of Abraham did we embrace His unseen light. Before the evening and morning of Moses, Aaron, Joshua, and David, holy, consecrated and wise Eden knew and adored the Almighty and He adored us.
It is now time that we, Africa-everywhere, discard our filthy borrowed garments of ignorant self-mockery, and dumb mimicry of caricaturized shadows. And rather embrace the Truth once and for all delivered on the hill and horn of Golgotha . . . and at Giza. Only in this shall we again be exalted by Yahweh Himself into that regal and reserved Office of ORACLE of God in the earth.
