About the Book

The author has waited all his life to see great, wise statesmen at the top of our governmental pyramid.  Now he has created for them extraordinary, exciting poetry.  As a veteran of many wars, he now waits to die, but before he passes away, he wishes to obtain moral satisfaction, which is to publish this enthusiastic, inspired book of poetry.  About our unusually strong present government, which cares for our people and country the best and leads us to the highest achievement, he writes this story in the name of our good citizens, super country, superb Bush administration, and in the name of our Almighty Heavenly Father, Great Creator of the universe forever and ever.  Amen.

            My dear readers, including big shots and great politicians,

            You read my book intensely, are witness to my ambitions.

            With zest, enthusiasm, and poetically charged inspiration,

            I’ll publish poetry for you that expresses my appreciation.

            I have written since childhood, often seven days a week.

Still, I never become tired, exhausted, or even feel weak.

There are rhymes here from the cover page to the very end.

I salute whoever wishes to be an honest critic and friend.

Because of my poetical obsession and my spiritual action,

I presume that you will read my poetry with satisfaction.

Through my poems you will see what I have in my mind.

My enthusiasm and inspiration make all readers feel fine.

            I bring to your attention a natural truth; I don’t ever cheat.

            My fellows, I think that you’ll be happy my poetry to read.

            I write for eminent, smart men; all my verses are positive.

            It’s a pleasure if honorable statesmen their glory receive.

            It has taken a long, hard time these inspired poems to create.

            My perceptive book comes just in the nick of time, not late.

            Good luck to you, our chosen leaders, born to be politicians.
