About the Book

Emmy has a favorite toy; a little pink piggy named “Pinky”. Her daddy is a reserve soldier going to war and the best thing Emmy can think of to remind her daddy of his little girl while he is gone is her beloved Pinky. Pinky is sent to war with Daddy and finds a home in his pocket.

As Emmy and her family wait the long months for her daddy to come home, pictures, letters and phone calls let Emmy know Pinky is doing his job. Pinky is a good little buddy and Emmy feels good in her heart.

About the Author

Judy Little has had a love of writing since she was a child. Education, career and family kept her busy for many years and writing was restricted to penning text books, nursing practice manuals and nursing journal articles related to her career as a surgical nurse educator and manager. At last, and unable to resist the desire to write for fun, she produced her first children's book as a Christmas gift for her grandchildren. At their urging for "more of the story,"she followed with the completion of her award winning trilogy in Christmas fantasy.
