About the Author

Dr. Albert S. Ferguson, J.P. is an entrepreneur, former senior /executive-level, corporate manager (for almost 30 years), former management consultant and trainer, university-level educator, pre-school educator, ordained minister of religion and community leader.  He is also a musician /recording artist and a published author.  In 2006, the central government honored him with the title and function of J.P. (Justice of the Peace) and he was sworn in as an officer of the Court.

He served in leadership roles for six (6) years at the global headquarters, in the USA, of a large, international, Pentecostal denomination.  Born into a family with a church leadership tradition, he has spent his entire life in religious circles, having held significant positions as “Director of Ministerial Development and Training” for a denomination with over forty (40) local churches, “Youth Pastor” and “Associate Pastor”, not all in the same denomination. 

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with honors, an MBA Degree in Finance and an earned Ph.D. in Management Studies, all from leading American universities.  His practical ministries and theology training was largely accomplished through self and directed study, while in the USA.
