The verbal onslaught on Christianity in the book of "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown is aggressive, relentless and savage. Brown's inspiration for his book, has come from "The Holy Blood and Holy Grail" written by Baigent, Leigh and Lincoln. The trio authors have exhibited their ignorance about the different denominations of Christianity by their statement, " If one surveys this bewildering spectrum of beliefs --- it is difficult to determine which exactly constitutes Christianity". These newly resurrected Gnostics, in the guise of authors of thriller novels, have made a mockery of the religion of Christianity.
The counter this total abyss of madness, this book of "One God in One Man" has been written. It begins with the arguments and reasons for believing in the existence of God, evolution of the universe, evolution of man and the evolution of religious practices. The book then takes the readers through descriptions of various world religions, including different denominations of Christianity. The derogatory statements made in the book of "Da Vinci Code" have then been analysed in detail, to prove that the facts have been misrepresented, the arguments are illogical, hypotheses are unfounded and the evidence presented lacks credence. Gnosticism has been scrutinised in detail to prove its fallacy. The second part of the book is devoted to proving the authenticity and reliability of the Bible, divinity of Christ, and the fact that he is the true Messiah. The final part of the book is devoted to the description of the Martyrs for Christ and the eyewitness account of Josephus.

About the Book
This book aims to enlighten the readers to the reasons and arguments for believing in the existence of God, Jesus Christ is the true Messiah and to disprove the unfounded and blasphemous allegations made against Christ and the Universal Church by some fictional writers, who have attempted to ridicule Christ, and to reduce the standing of the Gospel to a product of political forces which allegedly operated, to determine as to which text should be included in the Canon and which should be edited out, rather than considering the Gospel as the literal work of God.
