About the Book

Blue Ridge Justice, A tale of the mysteries and complications that confront a small town police force in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia.

Rad Childers and Rabbit Tankers comprise the hard working detective force in the normally peaceful town of Hill City. Things become involved when a local bank is robbed and Rad and Rabbit give chase to the escaping felons. Before the dust can settle they are involved in a murder investigation, which appears unconnected to the bank robbery. Is Hill City in the midst of a crime wave?

Demands from a city councilman and business leaders cause interference with police action.  When the councilman is challenged in an upcoming election, things go from bad to worse.

One bright spot is Jay Edwards, a young man with new ideas well ahead of his time. His ingenuity aids the investigative process enabling the two detectives to bring some closure to the tangled web.

The exciting climax comes when the two stalwarts go all-out to catch the culprits, but the task of putting them under lock and key doesn’t come easy.
